Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Jati, Cirebon Regency, a regional public company providing clean water services. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed involving 77 respondents selected from a population of 330 employees using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.551. This means that 55.1% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the importance of effective job satisfaction management and consistent strengthening of organizational culture to improve employee performance.
